YOUR DINNER CHOICE

The food is going to be amazing - we were lucky enough to get to try everything in Florence in January! To help the caterers and avoid waste, we promised that we would ask everyone to pre-select their entrees/mains:


Fish:

Sea bass filet on light peas cream with crispy potatoes and sautéed vegetables.


Meat:

Tuscan beef filet wrapped in crispy pancetta with Brunello di Montalcino red wine sauce and potato flan with orange scent.


Also let us know if you would prefer a vegetarian option.


We've repurposed the RSVP tab on this website to try and gather this information. Please complete for each person attending.
